How do I enroll in a class?

Are there any refunds for digital products?

Can I join a class mid-month?
Yes, you can join a private one-on-one class anytime. For group classes, enroll at the beginning of each month when the class starts. If you miss a session, you can join the next month’s class. Each month’s class is independent, so you won’t miss any background knowledge from previous sessions.
What happens if a group class doesn't meet the minimum enrollment?
If a group class doesn’t reach the minimum of two students, we will notify you and offer alternatives, such as joining another class or opting for private lessons.
Are there any age restrictions for using the studio?
No, musicians of all ages are welcome. However, minors must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I reschedule a session?
To reschedule a lesson without incurring a fee, please provide written notice at least 24 hours in advance. The rescheduled lesson must take place within the same week or the following week of the originally scheduled lesson. This policy allows us to accommodate your needs and ensure you do not miss valuable learning time.
Is there a contract required for lessons?
No contracts are required. The lesson fee must be paid in full at the beginning of each month. Our lessons are offered on a monthly basis, allowing you the flexibility to continue for as long as you wish without any long-term commitments. We recommend that students take lessons weekly to maximize their learning. However, if students prefer to take lessons occasionally, the lesson fee will be 10% higher.
Can I bring guests to my class?
Yes, but please limit guests to two per session to maintain a focused environment.
